Email inquiries

The inquiry form prepares an email draft on your device. It does not submit the form to our website or store its contents in browser storage. You choose whether to send the draft through your email application. The copy option places your inquiry on your device’s clipboard only when you request it.

When you email or call us, we receive the information you provide and use it to respond and discuss your requested arrangements. Our business email is hosted by Zoho. Avoid sending payment details, passport numbers or sensitive medical information in an initial inquiry.

Website services

The website is hosted by Vercel and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These services receive technical request information, such as IP addresses, when your browser connects. This version does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Questions and requests

You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have shared. We will review requests in light of any applicable obligations. If a booking requires information to be shared with a service provider, we will discuss those arrangements with you.
